Shire Farm, owned by Nigel Blakey, has been the home of Shire Horses for many generations. Situated in the fenlands of Lincolnshire we are a family run farm and stud where we breed our Shires and Clydesdale Horses. We always have several top quality stallions standing at stud and often have youngstock for sale. We always strive to breed the best, and produce our horses to the highest standard.

In 2021, Lucy and Oliver set up Ruskington Shire Stud. Both being DEFRA approved AI Technicians and Oliver being in his 5th and final year of studying to be a vet; our aim is to provide a high quality service to mare and stallion owners of all shape and sizes.
